Premise
People hand vague prompts to expensive agents, contractors, and colleagues — then pay for the wrong thing to get built. Two rounds of Impromptu are cheaper than one round of them building it.
How it works
Impromptu is a prompt refinery that runs as a sequence of refinement rounds. Each round diagnoses what's underspecified, splits gaps into stated assumptions you can reject in one click and genuine questions that need an answer, then reconstructs the prompt under fixed headings — Goal, Context, Deliverable, Constraints, Non-Goals.
It converges structurally — when no questions remain, never on a model self-claim — and leaves an audit trail of notes and edges you can re-run.
